Here you can find out what materials our various packaging, storage boxes, and bottles are made of, and which sustainable circular economy concepts are incorporated into them.
PAPER SACHETS

PRODUCT FORMATS: Tabs, Powder
MATERIAL: Since our tablets and powders are sensitive to moisture, we use a paper for the sachets that, while free of plastic films and plastic laminates, does contain a small amount of polymers. Nevertheless, this is of course not plastic packaging—you can easily recycle the sachets with your regular paper waste!

FOLDING BOXES

PRODUCT FORMATS: Tabs, powder, granules, solids
MATERIAL: The cardboard boxes (from laundry detergent to dishwasher tabs and salt, to deep-cleaning toilet foam and solid shower products) are made from recycled materials and can be fully recycled as paper waste!

STORAGE BOXES

PRODUCT FORMATS: Tabs, powder, granules
MATERIAL: Our storage boxes are lovingly crafted from tinplate. Tinplate is nearly 100% recyclable with minimal loss of quality. This packaging protects our products from light and spoilage—plus, it’s sturdy and durable.
CIRCULAR CONCEPT: Refill & Reuse. If you ever do decide to dispose of your storage box, you can simply place it in the recycling bin or recycling container, thereby returning it to the raw material cycle.
GLASS JARS

PRODUCT FORMATS: Tablets, Powder
MATERIAL: Glass jar with a screw-on lid made of PEFC-certified beech wood.
CIRCULAR CONCEPT: Refill & Reuse. If you ever decide to dispose of the jar, you can place it in the glass recycling bin.
REUSABLE BOTTLES

PRODUCT FORMATS: Powder to be mixed with tap water, prefills
MATERIAL: rHDPE (recycled high-density polyethylene), made from at least 70% PCR (post-consumer recycled material from household packaging). The bottle body is 100% recyclable. Our rHDPE bottles have a velvety-soft surface and are dishwasher-safe up to 65 °C.
CIRCULAR CONCEPT: Refill and reuse. everdrop bottles are durable and designed for repeated use. If you ever do decide to dispose of your bottle, you can place it in the packaging waste/yellow bin. The bottle body is 100% recyclable and can be used to produce new plastic products.
REFILL BOTTLES

PRODUCT FORMATS: Liquid Concentrated Refills
MATERIAL: rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate).
CIRCULAR CONCEPT: Plastic recycling. Before you put them in the recycling bin, our 750-ml refill bottles have provided 3 refills, saving 74% (Glow & Shine Glass Cleaner) or 60% (Rinse Aid) in plastic (compared to 3 x 500-ml bottles).

PRODUCT FORMATS: Liquid refills
MATERIAL: rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate). The bottle body is 100% recyclable.
CIRCULAR CONCEPT: Plastic recycling. Before you put them in the recycling bin, our 2.5-liter refill canisters have provided 3 refills, saving 70% plastic (compared to 3 x 800ml bottles).
Shipping Packages

MATERIAL: The cardboard boxes we use to ship our everdrop products to you are made from recycled materials, and you can recycle them entirely as paper waste.
